What level of experience do I need to join your classes?

Our classes are designed to accommodate actors at all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Do I need to audition before signing up for a class?

Not at all! You don’t need to audition to join The Village. Whether you're just starting out or have been acting for years, we have a class for you.

What’s the difference between your ongoing classes and your Intensives?

Our ongoing classes meet consistently, allowing for dedicated practice and growth with the same instructors week-to-week.

The Intensives have a defined start and end date. These are ideal for those seeking shorter-term commitments or an introduction to our approach.

Do you offer private coaching?

Yes, all of our instructors provide private coaching.

Will I work every week?

Yes! Our classes are designed to give every student the opportunity to work each week.

How many students are in each class?

Most of our classes are limited to 10-12 students to ensure every member gets ample time to work.

Do you supply material, or should I bring my own scenes?

Most of the time, we’ll send you material to prepare for class.

May I audit a class?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective students to observe a class.

Do you offer make-up classes?

We offer make-up classes for our ongoing classes provided you let us know 24 hours in advance that you will miss class. It must be completed within the same month it was missed, or it will be forfeited.
